WHAT HAPPENS DURING AN APPOINTMENT?

When you schedule an appointment for an irrigation or lighting installation quote, we send out an April Showers professional to meet with you to discuss your needs and what you are looking for in an irrigation or lighting system. We take note of the water meter size, lot size, plant material to be irrigated as well as checking static pressure on the house to ensure that the system is designed correctly. From there we are able to generate a quote based on the factors listed above. We work to provide you a non-pressured quote that gives you the information that you need to make an informed decision.

On the service side, when you schedule an appointment, we send one of our friendly and knowledgeable April Showers technicians out to diagnose/repair the problem in question. Oftentimes, the first thing that they will do is to ask a few questions. These questions help us to pinpoint the exact problem to aid in keeping your repair costs to a minimum. After a bit of investigating, the technician will inform you of the problem and proceed to make the repair. The April Showers technician can leave you the broken parts if you request, but most often we take them and either recycle or dispose of them for your convenience. Our April Showers technicians take care to protect your property or community while making repairs, but there may be a small disturbance where they have to dig. However, our April Showers technicians will put down some grass seed (if applicable) to repair the part of the lawn that is disturbed during the process of installing your lawn irrigation system.
